We just put this together when kids started emailing. It’s list format. Take liberties!
Sets of 100 – 3 in total!
Simple workout that you can do one time through or twice or three times!
100 – Ballhandling, head up, both hands! (stationary or on the move)
25 R hand around R leg
25 L hand around L leg
25 crossovers
25 between the legs
– 10 push ups, 10 sit ups, 10 burpies!
100 – Layups!
25 R hand Layups
25 L hand layups
25 R bump layups (two feet) or HOOKS
25 L bump layups or HOOKS
10 Pushups, 10 situps, 10 Burpies or Jumping Jacks!
100 – Conditioning and Shooting
25 Level 1 shots – must make 25
Sprint for 1 minute
25 Level 2 shots – with guide hand – make 25!
D slides for 1 min
25 L/R Score (catch L, R foot) and shoot close range
Sprint and D slide 1 min
25 R/L Score or Jump Stop and Score
Spring and D slide 1 min
10 pushups, 10 situps, 10 burpies or Jumping Jacks!
