February and March Break Camps!

Mo’ Motion is hosting February and March ’23 Basketball, Fitness & Fun Break Camps – half day for March 20-24.
Mon-Fri March 27-31 – We are doing requests for groups or privates only with Coach Chris, same location. Email [email protected].
Itinerary:
9-9:30am – Arrival, Warm-Up, Stretch
9:30-10:30am – Drills, Skills, Fitness Tests (Mo’ Mile) and Shots up
10:30-11:15am – Playing time and competitions – 1:1, 3:3, timed tests and fun games
11:15am – Snack/Break 1
11:30-12pm – Coach/Players’ Pick – Basketball, Dodgeball, Kickball, Running Races
12-12:30pm – Lunch / Half Day Pickup
*Lunch then 1-3:30pm Afternoon hoops, local field trips and fun
