A jumpshot is not something one can learn in one weekend or in one shooting clinic. Learning a jumpshot takes time, patience, reps on top of reps done the proper way from close range. Skipping steps often leaves player forming stubborn bad habits that are difficult if not impossible to break later in a player’s development. Mo’ Motion staff has taught its Motion X players one systematic, proven way to shoot the ball over time based on various factors. (See the one-minute video on Zach and Autumn below.) Players, parents, coaches who are interested in learning more about customized video taping of one’s jumpshot, drills and the process of implementing positive changes should email firstname.lastname@example.org.
