Resources for CoachesWe know there are a lot of things that must happen in order for our Coaches and Managers to successfully lead our kids, and we are dedicated to making sure you have the tools, resources, and support you need. A Crisis Management Plan is an essential part of these resources.

We can’t do this without you, so if there is ever anything you need or question you have, please make sure to contact us.

Responsibilities and Resources

Mo’ Motion Crisis Management Plan – There are several key steps to managing a crisis while serving as a coach or manager. The general steps include:

  1. Know your role and responsibilities.
  2. Know your facility.
  3. Know your equipment.
  4. Know your communication plan.
  5. Know your post-emergency analysis responsibilities.

All Coaches and Managers MUST read the detailed Crisis Management Plan, which describes each of these important steps and what you can do to best prepare for an emergency.

All Coaches and Managers MUST review the Mo’ Motion Gym Locations and Emergency Equipment list, and identify safe zones and locations of emergency equipment such as emergency exits and AED locations.

All Coaches and Managers MUST read the Active Shooter Response, which follows the guidelines established by the New York Department of Education.
