Hello! Welcome to Mo’ Motion’s Virtual Training Division for Grades K-12. While we were pleased with the success of our spring 2021 virtual program due to the pandemic, we are only booking virtual workouts by request. We will add group virtual workouts Mon-Fri from 4-5pm if many kids are back under lockdown. We will also offer private virtual workouts as well. What we are pushing for right now more than anything is for kids to get off screens and outside and/or active as much as possible.
For now, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your virtual workout request – if you want to be part of a group workout in the after-school slot or if you want private virtual workouts. We also have emailed participants at-home work they can do on their own time and pace.
