Looking for some private virtual training time with Mo or members of our staff?
Great! Here is how we breakdown the areas of live private sessions and consulting by email (workout programs, etc).
Choose between 30-or 60-minute sessions and the areas:
a) Jump shot analysis and jump shot drills to improve mechanics
b) Attack series and finishes
c) Ball-handling series – mastery of advanced handles at home
e) Fitness – strength, mobility and speed form evaluations and workouts as homework.
f) Support – shared workout notes, recommendations of all other apps, online videos that kids can do to train.
