Virtual Training & Planning – REGISTER



for Grades K-3 and Grades 4-12:  If you would like to sign your child up for spring virtual training, which is free until we figure out what is working and when we can get back into gyms,  please fill out the form below after reviewing the options  and clicking on the hyperlink listed just above it to see more details.

1 – Live Training:  Weekday morning 8:20-8:45am grades K-8,  and afternoon 4-5pm sessions grades 4 and up, plus 30-60-90 min Saturday session 10-11:30am – grades K-7.

2 – Quarantine workouts for all ages.

3 – Mo’ Motion Demos and Worksheets Grades K-3 and Grades 4-9

4 – Best of Training Apps for basketball training, all other training (with and without a ball) plus shot counting apps and more – Grades 7&Up

5 – Advanced & Specific Performance Training Grades 9 and up – Jumping Program, Speed, Strength and Agility Training

6 – Private Virtual Sessions and/or Jump Shot V-Training with Mo – Workout planning, jump shot mechanics, footwork, attacks and more.
